LOW GLUTEN CONTENT
The Sikan mix contains a practically negligible percentage of gluten and therefore it can also be consumed by the intolerant.
ABSENCE OF GLYPHOSATE
The ancient Sicilian cereals do not need any type of herbicide to grow. For this reason they do not contain glyphosate, a chemical herbicide found in almost all cereals from abroad.
